1. I reserved the right to cancel the spree due to poor responses.
2. No Payment = No Order
Hence kindly make payment upon ordering. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the order.
3. Strictly NO cancellation, exchange or refund
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Full refund will be made if BP is unsuccessful or item is Out of Stock (OOS).
4. In an event your item is OOS:
(a) Kindly indicate if you want to pre-order the same color/model (estimated time frame around 4-5weeks; subject to changes accordingly to the supplier's ordering & shipping schedules); or
(b) Kindly indicate alternative color/model preferred; or
(c) Kindly indicate drop if you don't want any alternative and want a refund instead.
5. Bear no responsibility for defects/damages, missing or wrong orders caused by the supplier.
6. Bear no responsibility for any wrong items if item is stated wrongly by buyer.
7. Bear no responsibility if there are any complaints or buyers not satisfied with their product & quality issues.
8. Collection mode by postage via registered mail, or courier only. Registered mail is enforced as I'm not liable for any missing parcel for normal postage. Normal postage cost to be advised accordingly + $2.50 registered mail. Courier cost from $8 depending on bulkyness of items. Free courier delivery for purchase >$300.
